Marilyn Barnett has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marilyn is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Alliants since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Programme Manager at Zip Co from September 2021 to December 2022.

At Packform, Marilyn held two roles. Firstly, they served as an eCommerce Catalogue Product Manager from October 2020 to June 2021. Later, they transitioned to the role of UK Operations from July 2020 to March 2021.

Marilyn also had a volunteering experience at Scrub and Face Protection Hub, where they served as a Volunteer and Workstream Lead for the e-commerce platform. Marilyn'sresponsibilities included project management, market strategy, testing, and launch of the platform.

Before that, Marilyn had a long tenure at easyJet starting in July 2014. Marilyn'sroles included Corporate Distribution Strategy Manager from April 2019 to July 2020, Distribution Strategy Manager from May 2017 to April 2019, and SBT Relationship Manager from July 2014 to May 2017. In these roles, Marilyn was responsible for commercial strategy, GDS negotiations, distribution contracts, and B2B partnerships.

Earlier in their career, Marilyn worked at Reed & Mackay as the Head of Online Department, where they led a team and spearheaded tech-sales strategy and system implementation. Prior to that, they held roles such as Online Support Manager and Online Implementation Consultant.

Marilyn started their career at BCD Travel, where they worked as an Online Implementation Specialist and Senior Business Travel Consultant from 2006 to 2008 and from 1998 to 2006, respectively.

Marilyn Barnett's education history includes a BA Hons degree in Music, which they obtained from Kingston University from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields such as Jira Fundamentals, Agile Project Leadership, Change Management, Project Management, Negotiation, Product Management, Strategic Thinking, and Becoming a Product Manager. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Atlassian and LinkedIn, with varying dates of completion ranging from 2019 to 2022.
