Luis Carrascosa has worked in the IT field for over two decades, starting as IT Support at RSI Home Products in the early 2000s. Throughout their career, Luis has held various roles such as Network Administrator at Russ Reid Company, Network Engineer at One & All Agency, and currently serves as a Systems Administrator at Alliant Technology Group. Their expertise includes system administration, network/server monitoring, Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and support for various phone systems and firewalls. In terms of education, Luis holds a degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from DeVry University and obtained a Cisco CCNA certification from Pasadena City College.
