Jen Paule currently serves as SVP and Director of Analytics and Performance at Alliant Insurance Services, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Jen held various roles at Lightbeam Health Solutions, including AVP of Client Advocacy and RVP of Business Development, where efforts focused on population health management solutions and transforming healthcare data into comprehensive patient insights. Jen has also worked with CareSignal, Signature Care Management, GDC Integration, The Suddath Companies, A-Mrazek Moving Systems, and UniGroup Inc., leading initiatives in quality assurance, project management, and account management. Jen earned a B.A. in Psychology from Maryville University of Saint Louis between 2000 and 2004.
