Andy Lam has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the IT field. Andy began their career as a Desktop Technician at Alvin ISD in 2009, where they were responsible for computer installations and maintenance. Andy then worked at Best Buy as a Media Sales/Computer Sales/Geek Squad member, focusing on customer service and product sales.

In 2011, Andy joined DiCentral as a Technical Support Representative, answering customer support calls and emails. Andy later took on the role of DiTranslator Analyst, providing installation and troubleshooting assistance for DiTranslator software. Andy also worked as a Compliance Analyst, ensuring vendor compliance with X12 requirements.

From 2014 to 2015, Andy served as an IT Intern at Oiltanking GmbH, providing desktop support and hardware/software installations. Andy also developed and maintained operating system images for streamlining processes.

Prior to that, they earned an Associates of University Studies degree in Core Curriculum from the University of Houston, which they attended from 2007 to 2011.
