Paul Shipp has over 30 years of professional experience in the environmental services industry. In 2010, they began working as a Program Manager for Alliant Corporation, where they develop environmental restoration (ER), remediation, and additional projects for federal clients such as USACE, NASA, and DOE. Paul also directs the Geoenvironmental group, which includes business development, planning, proposal preparation, resource allocation, and providing direct project management for ER related projects and senior level review/quality control for the preparation of project deliverables. Prior to this role, they were the co-founder and Principal of Terraine, Inc., a private consulting firm supplying environmental services, management, and technology to federal and commercial clients. Paul was responsible for all senior management functions, including company guidance, business development, Federal Programs Management, personnel management, and senior administrative affairs. Before this, they worked as a Geologist/Project Manager for Tenera, LLP, and a Sr. Geologist/Project Manager for Fox Environmental Services. Paul began their career in 1986 as a Soils/Materials Technician for Geologic Associates/EDGE.
Paul Shipp attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geological Sciences.
