Sia Kahen possesses extensive experience in commercial real estate investment and financial analysis, currently serving at South LA Management LLC since December 2017, focusing on add-value multifamily properties and low-income housing in South Los Angeles. Concurrently, Sia has been a Financial Analyst at Alliant Asset Management since February 2013, specializing in assessing risks and yields of real estate investments and evaluating portfolio performance through comprehensive financial analysis. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Business Development at CSS LivePOS from July 2010 to February 2013, overseeing strategic partnerships and market analysis, and as a Manager at Nationwide Real Estate Investment from July 2004 to June 2008, where responsibilities included managing commercial real estate acquisitions. Sia holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UCLA.
