Beth Marcou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Alliant Capital - A Walker & Dunlop Company since August 2021, Beth oversees a diverse portfolio of multifamily developments. Prior to this role, Beth spent over two decades at the Illinois Housing Development Authority, progressing from Senior Asset Manager to Portfolio Administrator III, where responsibilities included managing mortgage servicer portfolios and ensuring compliance. Additional experience includes working as a Best Start Specialist at Coldwell Banker Relocation Services and as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser at Grober & Associates.
