Sandra Jokhan MBA is an experienced IT Chapter Lead at Alliander, leading a chapter of approximately 60-70 FTE since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sandra held multiple leadership positions at Liander from July 2017 to September 2023, including Sr. Teamleider Voorbereiding Buitendienst Kleinverbruik & Partnermanager a.i., where responsibilities included end-to-end planning and customer service. Additionally, Sandra managed a team of financial professionals for project administration. Previous experience at Eneco involved channel management and project leadership, including key initiatives in call center operations. Sandra holds Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt certifications and obtained an MBA from the University Business School Rotterdam. Further education includes various leadership and agile training programs.
