Bart Sanders is an experienced software development leader with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring professionals. Currently serving as Chapterlead Software Development at Alliander since August 2023, Bart focuses on Java expertise and team member development through mentoring and performance management. As Podcast Host for FC Afkicken since September 2020, Bart engages with the football community through the Pantelic podcast. Prior experience includes a tenure at Coosto from April 2016 to August 2023, where Bart held various leadership roles, including Software Development Manager, Senior Product Owner, and Development Team Manager. Bart's career began at Planon from October 2007 to March 2016, where roles included Member of the Works Council and Product Owner, alongside responsibilities as a Requirements Engineer. Bart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bedrijfskundige Informatica from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
