Megan Scarcello has a diverse work experience. Megan started their career at UW-Whitewater Athletics in 2011, where they held various roles including Athletic Marketing Intern, Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Supervisor, and Peer Mentor until 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Lead Program Director at Xperience Fitness. Since 2015, they have been working at AllianceStaff LLC, starting as a Recruiter and then advancing to Office Coordinator. Megan currently serves as the Office Manager at AllianceStaff LLC.

Megan Scarcello attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at New Berlin Eisenhower High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Megan Scarcello has obtained the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification from the National Association of Personnel Services in 2016, although the exact month of certification is not provided.
