Venkataraman Subramanyan has over 28 years of work experience. Venkataraman began their career in 1992 as a Senior Marketing Executive at Wipro Limited. In 1997, they moved to Microsoft as an Account Manager for Major Accounts. Venkataraman then progressed to Manager of Enterprise Strategy and Business Operations, Industry Manager for Education, and Branch Head for Chennai, all at Microsoft. In 2004, they were promoted to Director of Sales Excellence, Director of Business Planning and Operations, and Director of Enterprise Sales for APAC, all at Microsoft. In 2010, they joined Tripura Multinational Pte Ltd as a Board Member and Director of Sales Effectiveness and Execution Excellence. In 2012, they became an Authorized Business Consultant at Quota Sales System. In 2015, they were an Authorized Facilitator for the Challenger Selling Model at Challenger. In 2014, they founded Global Coaching Lab LLP and served as a Partner and Board of Directors. In 2019, they became a Senior Business Consultant at Alliancesphere and an Official Member of Forbes Coaches Council.
Venkataraman Subramanyan's education history includes a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1988 to 1992, and secondary school from 1986 to 1988 at Santhome higher secondary school. Venkataraman also obtained a Certified Professional Executive Coach from Neuro Leadership Group - Results Coaching in 2010. Additionally, they hold an ICF Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation.
