Lorena Lefrancois has extensive experience in operations and project management within the pharmacy and contact center sectors. Currently serving as Pharma Ops Manager at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy since July 2018, Lorena oversees resource allocation, addresses project challenges, and develops proposals to ensure team deliverables are met.
