Evan Katzin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment. Since June 2014, Evan has served as the Director of the Real Estate Investment Group at AllianceBernstein, where the focus has been on sourcing and executing new loan opportunities for a diverse range of debt vehicles, managing approximately $9 billion in assets under management. Prior to this role, Evan worked at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in Investment Banking from November 2012 to May 2014 and completed an Analyst Rotational Program at LNR Property Corporation from July 2010 to November 2012. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, earned in 2010.
