Kevin Kramer has over 20 years of work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Kevin started their career as an Account Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting in 1998. In 2001, they co-founded Alliance Solutions Group, a full-service recruiting firm with specialized divisions catering to diverse clients. Kevin also served as the Brand Leader for Alliance Technical Solutions, a division specializing in high-level manufacturing and technical positions. Throughout their career, Kevin has played various leadership roles and has worked in multiple locations, including Cleveland, Columbus, and Detroit.

Kevin Kramer attended Capital University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. Prior to that, they attended Eaton High School, but no specific dates or degree program were provided for this educational experience.
