Melissa Amaya has over 30 years of experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as Terminal Manager at Alliance Shippers Inc since June 2004, Melissa has developed significant expertise in logistics and operations. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as Customer Service Manager at Advantage Sales & Marketing from April 2001 to June 2004, and at Play By Play Toys from April 1990 to April 2001, where strong leadership and customer relations skills were honed.
