Joshua Barrett currently serves as the District Manager for the Texas Branch at Alliance Highway Capacity, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua was the General Manager for the Freight Brokerage and Road Transport Division at Aeronet Worldwide from October 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included the creation and management of the Brokerage division, employee recruitment, and oversight of day-to-day operations. Joshua also co-founded Baron Transport Logistics, serving as VP of Operations from February 2015 to March 2016, successfully growing the company's sales from $0 to $7,000,000 in the first year. Earlier experience includes managing operations at A-1 Freight Systems and California Refrigerated Express, and serving as an Airborne Operations NCOIC in the US Army. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Texas College.
