Heather Porter has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather started their career in 2012 as a Sales Associate and Body Artist at Kaman's Art Shoppes, Inc, where they excelled in customer service and sales. Heather then transitioned to Zenith Gymnastics in 2015, where they served as the Head Competition Gymnastics Coach, demonstrating strong organizational skills and providing coaching support at competitions across different levels. Heather joined Hendrick Automotive Group in 2018 as a Business Development Specialist, handling high-volume customer inquiries and resolving time-sensitive vehicle concerns. Heather then moved to Alliance Sales & Marketing in 2019 and assumed roles of increasing responsibility, including Client Concierge Coordinator, Senior Client Concierge Coordinator, and currently, as the Lead Client Concierge Coordinator. In these roles, Heather has exhibited proficiency in guiding and developing teams, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating projects, and delivering outstanding client experiences. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved success in exceeding goals and driving operational excellence.

Heather Porter is currently pursuing a BSBA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services at Western Carolina University, with an expected graduation year of 2024. Prior to their enrollment at Western Carolina University, Heather completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Associates of Arts at York Technical College.
