Michaelle Burkes, MBA, is an experienced Human Resource Manager at Alliance Rubber Company since December 2002, responsible for overseeing all HR plans and procedures, employee relations, benefit administration, payroll, and the maintenance of the HRIS database. Prior to this role, Michaelle served as a Human Resource Assistant, contributing to data entry and employee record management. Michaelle's earlier experience includes positions as an Administrative Assistant at Renovators and Gilliam Electric, where responsibilities included office management, accounts payable/receivable, scheduling, and customer service. Michaelle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from John Brown University, along with an Associate's degree in Liberal Studies from National Park Community College.
