Nicky Maggio is an experienced program manager with a robust background in the performing arts and customer service. Currently serving as Program Manager at A.R.T./New York since December 2021, Nicky previously held various roles in the arts sector, including Box Office Shift Lead at the Park Avenue Armory and Box Office Associate at Theatre for a New Audience and Signature Theatre Company. Commencing as a theatrical usher in 2018, Nicky quickly advanced within the Park Avenue Armory. Earlier experience includes serving as Concierge Manager at Entertainment-Link and as a Hotel Concierge with New York Guest, LLC. Nicky's academic credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Acting/Directing from Emerson College.
