Eleonora Fracassi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, training, selection, and development. Currently serving as CHRO at Rai Way S.p.A. since January 2017, Eleonora oversees the organization and development of human resources. Concurrently, Eleonora has been an HR Officer Assistant at Bioversity International since September 2014, supporting HR services and participating in special projects related to HR database management. Previous roles include Senior Accountant and Senior Budget Officer Assistant, with responsibilities in data migration and budgeting for HR projects. Earlier experience includes an apprenticeship in tax and accounting consultancy and roles in hospitality at various organizations. Eleonora holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and a Laurea in Economics from Università Degli Studi Roma Tre.
