Sauro Ferri currently serves as the Head of HR at Alliance Medical srl since April 2019. Prior to this role, Sauro held the position of Human Resources Manager at Essere Benessere spa from 2007 to December 2015, where responsibilities included recruiting, training, development, compensation policy, payroll activities, labor cost controlling, organization, general services, and industrial relations. Sauro's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Nylstar from January 1995 to September 2007 and as a Payroll Specialist at SNIA BPD from May 1992 to December 1994. Sauro holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
