Jarod Barclay is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as an IT Support Specialist at Alliance Medical Physics LLC since April 2018, Jarod specializes in troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems, including personal computers and networking. Previous roles include a Service Desk Analyst at WellStar Health System, where Jarod provided support for a large user base during the implementation of a new electronic health records system, and an IT Helpdesk Technician for the City of Tallahassee, focusing on security and technical issue resolution. Jarod holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Florida State University and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Florida International University.
