Matt Dickman, CA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in finance management, specializing in technology and operations. Since October 2015, Matt has held various senior finance manager roles at Santander UK, including leadership of finance business partnering teams for the Technology & Operations Division and the CIO Technology Business Area. Responsibilities have included budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale transformation programs, particularly within financial crime transformation efforts. Prior experience includes treasury product control at Barclays and finance business partnering at Commonwealth Bank. Matt began their career in financial services after completing a BCom in Accounting at The University of Queensland and achieving Chartered Accountant status through the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
