Justin Blount currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC, overseeing commercial and operational aspects of a suite of global brands since June 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held various leadership positions at ITW, including Group President at Miller Electric Manufacturing LLC, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction and daily operations across multiple divisions focused on commercial solutions and welding accessories. Justin also contributed significantly at Kohler Co., serving as Vice President across multiple divisions, including power generation and marketing, with a focus on product development and channel management. Earlier career experiences include directorial roles at DuPont, where Justin created a marketing organization focused on the Electronics sector and managed the P&L for a substantial polyimide film business. Justin holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University.
