Linda has held senior director positions at Alliance Ground International and Airport Terminal Services, where they successfully implemented strategic and innovative HR solutions to support business growth and transformation. Linda managed large teams of payroll and HR analysts, applied expert knowledge in organizational assessment and design, and developed change management programs. Linda also worked as a project manager at Randstad Technologies US and Hudson's Bay Company. Linda began their career as an insurance agent at Bankers Life and held various roles at Meridian Enterprises, including director of client services, director of operations group, and IT relationship manager.
Linda McKindley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Linda also holds a Project Management certificate from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they obtained in 2005. Additionally, Linda has obtained a MO Accident & Health Insurance License from the State of MO in August 2017.
