Brian Macnamara possesses extensive experience in finance and organizational leadership, currently serving as a Trustee and Finance Committee member for the Virginia Health Care Foundation since October 2021. This foundation is dedicated to providing healthcare access to uninsured Virginians and underserved communities. Since July 2017, Brian has also been the Chairman of the Board for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay, contributing to the organization’s mission of restoring and protecting the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Previously, Brian held senior positions at Host Hotels & Resorts, including Senior Advisor and Controller, and worked for the Securities & Exchange Commission and Deloitte. Brian holds a Master's Degree in Natural Resources & Sustainability from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same institution.
