Michael Thompson, CRCM is a Program Director at AIR - Alliance for Innovative Regulation. Previously, Michael worked as a Senior Manager and Manager in Risk and Compliance at Protiviti, and as a Senior Compliance Examiner, Financial Institution Examiner, and Financial Institution Specialist at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Michael holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management from Dickinson College, and has completed various additional education programs in leadership and banking.
