Adriana Massara is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in leadership and community engagement. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Interim Executive Director at the Alliance for Decision Education since July 2015, Adriana has also held various roles within the organization, including Director of Community and Partnerships and Marketing, Outreach, and Training Manager. Prior experience includes teaching as a Founding 4th Grade Teacher at Achievement First and serving as a Policy Analyst for the Leadership Education Policy and Advocacy Fellowship, where data-driven insights on summer school programs for the NYC DOE were provided. Adriana's tenure with Teach For America culminated in an elected role as Department Chair for the 3rd grade, where a comprehensive curriculum was developed. Adriana possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
