Before joining Amazon, Robert was the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at NES Rentals from 2004 to 2009. Here, they managed key finance activities and business analytics, including the overhaul of demand plans and budgets. Robert also developed strategies and decision support models for capital investments and fleet planning.

Robert began their career at United Airlines as a Manager in Strategic Sourcing from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they created a Shared Services team to manage purchasing systems and implemented strategies that resulted in significant cost savings and improved financial controls.
