Joe Hollenbeck is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as General Manager at Alliance Engineering since February 2023, where leadership is provided for the Decatur Office in industrial engineering and design activities. Previously, Hollenbeck worked as a Senior Project Manager at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors from November 2016 to January 2023, overseeing major engineering projects, resource planning, and project cost management. Hollenbeck also held the role of Process Engineering Supervisor at Mississippi Power from October 2014 to November 2016, focusing on the startup and operations of an energy facility. Prior to these roles, Hollenbeck was a Senior Project Manager at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors from August 2011 to October 2014 and worked for 3M in various capacities, including Six Sigma Black Belt and Plant Engineering Manager. Hollenbeck holds a Master of Science in Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, an MBA from Auburn University, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Auburn University.
