Ron Fields has over 40 years of experience in sales, particularly in the stair systems industry. Currently serving as a Stair Systems Specialist at Alliance Door Products since February 2018, Ron previously held the position of Sales Representative at LJ Smith Stair Systems from December 2012 to February 2018. Ron's career began as a Sales Representative at Johnson Postman, where Ron worked from September 1982 to September 2006, building a strong foundation in sales and customer relations.
