Connor Slepikas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Connor most recently served as the National Sales Manager at Alliance Consumer Group starting in April 2022. Prior to that, Connor worked as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager at Buck Knives from February 2021 to May 2022.

From August 2019 to January 2021, they worked at Leatherman Tool Group in various roles, including Territory Sales Representative for the Midwest region and Field Marketing Representative. In these positions, they established strong relationships with national retail accounts, conducted market research, planned and supported field marketing events, and conducted product clinics.

Connor also has experience at Daktronics, where they worked as a High Consistency LED Video Salesperson from August 2017 to January 2019. Connor had full management accountability for market execution, analyzed proposals, and provided feedback on maintaining profitability. Additionally, they served as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Daktronics from January 2017 to August 2017.

Before that, Connor worked as a Sales Associate at the University of Arkansas Computer Store from April 2015 to August 2016. Connor also gained experience as a Production Intern at VSporto from April 2015 to September 2015.

Connor ran their own personal landscaping business, Slepikas Landscaping, from May 2011 to October 2014. Connor also worked as a Sales Associate at Verizon Wireless from January 2014 to August 2014 and as a Cashier at DICK'S Sporting Goods from May 2013 to August 2013.

Connor Slepikas attended Geneva High School from 2009 to 2013. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Recreation Management from the University of Arkansas, graduating in 2017. In July 2020, they obtained the certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn.
