Sonja Grant is an experienced education leader currently serving as Vice President of Network Initiatives at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools. Previously, Sonja held key roles at Success Academy Charter Schools, including Lead of Operations Management and Program Manager of School Design, where major processes affecting students and staff were designed and implemented. Sonja has also contributed to Newark Public Schools as Director of Special Projects in the Academics Department, overseeing significant initiatives including summer programming and chronic absenteeism prevention. Additionally, Sonja has experience as a Special Assistant and Senior Manager for Stakeholder Engagement, along with roles in business development within the investment sector. Sonja holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from Scripps College.
