Thomas Cronin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and proxy solicitation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Alliance Advisors since January 2022, Thomas previously held the same title at Laurel Hill Advisory Group from January 2015 to October 2019, focusing on proxy solicitation, corporate governance, tender offers, and other corporate actions. Earlier in Thomas's career, a role at Morrow & Co from December 1979 to April 1990 involved responsibilities in proxy and stock watch.
