Michael Vogele currently serves as Managing Director at Alliance Advisors since June 2022. Previously, Michael worked at ISS Corporate Solutions from October 2018 to June 2022, where roles included Associate Director, Vice President, and Associate Vice President, leading teams focused on ESG, corporate governance, and compensation issues for S&P 500 and Russell 3,000 companies. Prior experience includes Senior Director positions at Glass Lewis & Co. overseeing European engagement and North American research teams, as well as Director of Research at IVOX, where significant coverage expansion occurred. Michael began a career at ISS, focusing on governance and ESG topics for companies in various regions. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from George Mason University.
