Noy Douangchith has worked in a variety of roles within the technology industry since 2000. In 2000, they began as a Technical Support Specialist at DirecTV Broadband (Formally Telocity). Noy then moved on to Cirexx International in 2001 as a System Administrator, where they developed and designed websites using various software. In 2005, they became an Application Support Engineer at Escalate Retail, Inc., where they worked closely with Project Managers and Professional Service teams. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Site Reliability Engineer at LinkedIn, and since 2018, they have been a System Engineer at Allgress, Inc., specializing in developing software to help companies manage Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Noy Douangchith attended San Jose State University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
