Nathan H. has over two decades of experience in enterprise architecture and operational technology, currently serving as Manager of Enterprise Architecture at ALLETE since January 2012, overseeing a department responsible for the company’s enterprise infrastructure. Prior roles at ALLETE include managing Operational Technology and ITS Applications teams, where Nathan was instrumental in strategy development, budget management, and employee growth. Previously, Nathan worked at Minnesota Power as a Programmer/Analyst, contributing to the installation and maintenance of Oracle’s Service Oriented Architecture and developing applications to support electric grid operations. Nathan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Management from The College of St. Scholastica, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
