Mike Schneider has had a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike started their career as the Founder of the Performance Enhancement Program at the Phoenix Suns, where they worked from 1997 to 2003. Mike then transitioned to Marquis Healthcare, Inc., where they served as an Account Manager for Durable Medical Equipment from 2003 to 2005. After that, they joined Smith & Nephew and held various roles as a Territory Manager in Clinical Therapies and Sports Medicine from 2005 to 2009. Following their time at Smith & Nephew, they worked at Bacterin International, Inc. as a Territory Manager, Regional Vice President, and eventually as the Executive Vice President from 2009 to 2014. In 2015, they founded and owned RepAlignâ„¢ until 2016 when they joined Allergan Aesthetics as the Director of Corporate Healthcare.
Mike Schneider has a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Performance from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Thomas More University, earned from 1994 to 1998. In addition, they have obtained Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in both Psychology and Athletic Training from Thomas More University in 1999. Mike Schneider has also acquired various certifications in negotiation skills and archery instruction.
