Helen Luzan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Workday Functional Lead - Learning & Talent at Allens since November 2023. Previously, as the Learning Experience Design Manager at 7-Eleven, Helen focused on fostering a culture of continuous learning, optimizing Workday systems, and managing learning compliance. At Crown Resorts, Helen held multiple roles including Training Lead and Learning Advisor, leading the implementation and adaptation of various learning management systems and developing e-learning modules. Helen holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Victoria University, as well as a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Swinburne University of Technology.
