Jessica Winter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica currently holds the position of Director of Learning Solutions at AllenComm, where they have been working since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Solutions Architect at Allen Interactions Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Jessica also served as an Associate Vice President, Business Development at Performance Development Group from 2019 to 2020. From 2018 to 2019, Jessica worked as the Director of Business Development at CoreAxis Consulting, and from 2017 to 2018, they held the role of Relationship Manager at the same company. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Georgia Southern University from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Vanterra Capital, LLC from 2015 to 2016 and as a Project Specialist, Assistant to CEO at Verificient Technologies from 2014 to 2015.
