Lind Goodman is president of BSI Builder Services, the Allen Tate Companies’ new home sales and marketing division.

Established in 1987, BSI represents local, regional and national builders and developers in the sales and marketing of new home communities. Lind collaborates with new home builder clients in product design, land acquisition support, competitive analysis and strategic marketing.

Lind has more than 30 years of real estate and new construction expertise with top homebuilders and developers, including 16 years with BSI, most recently as sales manager for the Charlotte region. Her professional awards and recognition include National Association of Home Builders Sales Manager of the Year, Top Builder Sales Manager, and Salesperson of the Year.

She is a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina; and a member of the National Association of Realtors®, North Carolina Realtor Association, Canopy Realtor Association, Canopy Multiple Listing Service and Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte.

A native of Rock Hill, S.C., Lind holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Winthrop University, with a minor in management.
