Currently, Ryan also leads Experience Design at Allen & Gerritsen, driving the agency's evolution into a comprehensive brand entity. Previous experience includes significant roles at Sapient, Isobar, Bit Group, Backbone Media, and DealTime, building expertise in user experience, storytelling, and client relationship management across various high-profile projects and teams.
