Susan Mundy is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Country Manager for Americas at Alleima since September 2022. In this role, Susan manages a small team responsible for supporting multiple divisions and sites across North and South America, focusing on development, network security, infrastructure, production IT, and client devices, while collaborating with company leadership on strategic direction and technical innovation. Prior to Alleima, Susan held various positions at Sandvik from May 2010 to September 2022, including IT Regional Demand and Delivery Manager and IT Process & System Analyst, where notable achievements included leading software adjustments for North America. Earlier in the career, Susan was the Director of Application Development at TMG Health, overseeing a team of over 100 individuals and managing various application development areas. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Supply Chain Management and IT from Penn State World Campus and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Penn State Scranton.
