Prateek Shete is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law across various regions, currently serving as Chief Legal Counsel for Alleima, managing responsibilities in the APAC, Americas, UK, and Middle East since September 2022. Prior to this role, Prateek was with Sandvik from September 2014 to September 2022, where Prateek held positions as Chief Legal Counsel and Lead Legal Counsel, overseeing legal matters in the APAC, South America, and Middle East. Prateek's legal career began at Al-Ayoub & Associates as the Head of the International Law Division from April 2007 to August 2014, and includes experience at PANGEA3 LEGAL DATABASE SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED as a Specialist in Corporate and Contracts, as well as an early position as a Trainee at Little & Co. in Mumbai. Prateek holds an LLB degree from Government Law College in Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce from SIES College.
