Kieran Baker is a co-founder of Allegrow, where since January 2018, efforts have focused on assisting B2B sales and marketing teams in improving email engagement. Prior to this, Kieran was a startup founder in Batch 14 of Ignite Accelerator from February to July 2019, where Allegrow, originally named Direct Software, received investment and mentorship from prominent UK tech founders. Kieran's career also includes experience as a sales executive at Freddie's Flowers from January 2017 to July 2018, where responsibilities included direct customer acquisition in London and across the UK during the company's early stages through door-to-door sales.
