Rafał Nowak is a Senior Software Engineer at Allegro since August 2020, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining the main search engine as well as leading a development team focused on Allegro Ads backend, managing ad inventory, campaign management, and budget calculations. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at NVIDIA, where work involved creating data platforms for GeForce NOW, and as a Data Engineer at ING Tech Poland, developing anti-money laundering solutions. Rafał's earlier positions include developing a recommendation platform and backend microservices at Allegro and YouGov, along with software development at TouK and a trainee role at Comarch. Rafał holds a degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology, obtained in 2014.
