Maja Szpot is a Senior UX Designer at Allegro.pl since May 2020 and has served as a Lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology since October 2015. Maja has significant experience in product design, having held the position of Head of Product Design at Codewise.com from May 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing the Product Design team and integrating user-centered design across products. Prior to Codewise, Maja was a UX and R&D Specialist at Krakowski Park Technologiczny, focusing on SmartCity, IoT, and Industry 4.0 projects. Maja started in the UX field as a UX Researcher at EDISONDA from October 2013 to November 2016. Maja's earlier roles included Department Manager at Stowarzyszenie Rozwoju i Integracji Młodzieży STRIM and various research positions at Małopolski Instytut Kultury and AGH University of Science and Technology. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in E-economy and Sociology and a Licentiate degree in Multimedia and Social Communication, both from AGH University of Krakow.
