Damian Chodorek is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and managing software development projects. Currently at Allegro as an Engineering Manager for Data&AI since May 2023, Damian oversees a team focused on Data Mesh transformation. Prior experience includes managing feature teams at papernest for the AppPro product, overseeing development efforts at Equinix for the Equinix Fabric product while coordinating with international teams, and contributing as a Senior Software Engineer for Viacom International Media Networks. Early career roles include leadership positions at Grupa Wirtualna Polska, freelancing as a web developer, and developing websites and apps. Damian holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Computer Science from AGH University of Krakow.
