Ally Thompson is a licensed massage therapist with over ten years of experience in therapeutic modalities, including cupping, ashiatsu, and orthopedic massage. Currently, Ally is a massage therapist at Mantis Massage, LLC and serves as an executive assistant at Allegro Response Teleservices. Previously, Ally founded and managed the Fields of Yogis Festival, organized community events as Program Director for Meet Me at the Market, and contributed as a massage therapist and yoga instructor at Heat Yoga Studio and Spa. Ally holds multiple yoga certifications from Awakening Yoga Academy and Hot House Yoga School, along with an Associate Degree in Business Management from Iowa Central Community College.
