Matthew Prisco

Director, Customer Success at Allego

Matthew Prisco has a diverse work experience starting from their early career at Constant Contact, where they worked as a Customer Support Specialist, and was later promoted to Senior Support Specialist (Compliance). Matthew also served as a New Hire Trainer, responsible for facilitating Constant Contact's new hire program.

Matthew then moved on to TomTom, where they worked as a Customer Relations Specialist, handling customer escalations and providing feedback to improve operations.

Next, they worked at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions as a Campaign Support Specialist and later as a Deliverability Analyst, coordinating resources and troubleshooting HTML rendering issues for email campaigns.

After that, they joined Krux Digital as a Client Solutions Manager, managing client relationships and providing in-person training as needed.

Matthew then joined Salesforce, where they held multiple roles. Matthew first served as a Training Administration & Operations Senior Specialist and later as a Client Partner, owning day-to-day customer relationships and helping clients achieve their goals.

Currently, they are working at Allego as a Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for understanding and delivering on client use cases. In parallel, they also serve as the Director of Customer Success.

Matthew Prisco attended Curry College from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
